Ben loves duck

ben

I love duck. On a plate.

Peking Duck at Zen

This May, chef de cuisine Andy Chan of Li Li cooks up an exquisite array of speciality duck dishes, like Foie Gras Dumpling, Double-boiled Boneless Duck Soup, Stir-fried French Duck Breast, Charcoal-roasted Pipa Duck and Fried Rice with Chinese Ham, Foie Gras, Scallops and Li Li’s popular and most prized dish: the Imperial Peking Duck.

Peking Duck whole

Artfully prepared using customary methods, the Imperial Peking Duck is roasted to perfection, leaving its skin crisp and golden; its meat succulent and juicy.
Served with traditional condiments of home-made Mandarin Pancakes, Leeks, Cucumbers and Hoisin Sauce, this duck dish is a definite must-try for the most discerning gourmand.

Li Li is at the Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila
For inquiries and reservations, call Li Li at 247 8663 or 245 1234 ext. 7251.

Ms. Eggplant, I agree. Got this very same press release from Hyatt 🙂 Pagkita pa lang ng press photo na yan, nagutom na ako…Yes, Peking Garden makes very good Peking Duck. Even the original Peking Duck house Quanjude can’t beat PG.
