What happened to my baby?
Posted on

Pending my son’s legal papers and passport, I had this huge problem of who to leave Christian with while my entire family spent Holy Week in Hong Kong.
I mentioned it to my two friends, siblings Kevin and Kerin who are both educators with no Holy Week plans, and they agreed to house sit, as well as baby sit our youngest.
Kevin teaches English to Korean students, while Kerin is a part-time model who teaches kindergarten.

Merry Christmas to you too

Prior to this, both had seen Christian at home but didn’t really know him as well as the other titos and titas do.
And so I’m very grateful to have come home to my son who was makulit as ever when we returned from Hong Kong, as if nothing happened and no tears were shed.
One day, professional photographer Niña Sandejas and musician Francis Reyes (a.k.a. Francis Brew of NU107) came to visit the gang at home. The result are photos that warm my heart.
Thank you very much for showing love and kindness to our baby, not to mention FUN!
I am in awe and terribly grateful for these precious photos and the time you spent with him.

Daddy and Mommy are gone

Hand-washing is very much encouraged at home, so I’m glad he continued while we were away

Teacher Kerin prepared loads of activities for the boy, such as tracing hands

and body

When Niña arrived, Christian laid down again to prove it was indeed his body on the paper

The boys love this giant slipper

Getting gigil with each other

High five with Francis Brew

The gang’s all here! Francis, Niña, Kerin, Kevin with Baby (as Kerin calls him)

Thank you very much!!!
