Grace van Cutsem, that cute little bridesmaid who couldn’t stand the loud sounds heard from the balcony of the Royal Kiss, is Prince William’s goddaughter and the daughter of his friend Hugh van Cutsem and Lady Rose Astor, according to the New York Post.
This makes her a great-great-great-granddaughter of New York City-born lawyer and politician William Waldorf Astor (note the resemblance).
In 2005, Prince William was an usher at the society wedding of his friend Hugh van Cutsem to Rose Astor
The bride, the youngest daughter of David and Clare Astor, wore an ivory dress with lace sleeves and was escorted through the drizzle by her groom under a white umbrella.
The groom’s father, Hugh van Cutsem, a farmer, conservationist and pro-hunt campaigner from Hilborough, Norfolk, became one of Charles’s closest friends when they were both students at Cambridge more than 30 years ago. (Source: BBC News.)
It’s not little Grace’s first time to join a wedding entourage.
Last February she was at the wedding of Katie Percy, eldest daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland, to financier Patrick Valentine
She is photographed again with her mom, who is so chica!
