Dear PLDT,
Please connect my Internet na.
Paid this last January 10. It is now 17 days later.
Have guests arriving on January 30 and I’m getting nervous.
How long do I have to wait?

i have the worst experience na siguro kasi i applied for an upgrade last October 2012…until now wala pa rin. Inconsistent mga reasons ng CustomerCare sometimes it contradicting pa *sigh*

Whoa! Now I’m experiencing same problem here. I’ve applied for a DSL+Landline before Christmas and was advised to expect a call once approved. Got approved first week of January (I had to call them pa.) Paid last January 30 for the installation fee. Called the CS today and got an annoying update : “Ma’am, as of January 3 wala pa po available port sa area ninyo. Follow up na lang po kayo sa Monday” Whaaat?

It took 17+ days to have your net reconnected? Wow! I can’t believe how horrible it can get with PLDC errr PLDT 🙂

Our DSL business line got permanently disconnected without so much as a warning last August. I’ve already elevated my concerns all the way to their VP. Guess what. January is ending and our store is still without internet. Either PLDT is being run by robots who only give out fake answers, or they all just want their salaries without working on sh*t.

dealing with PLDT especially their customer service is such a toil! We had our services transferred last year; the timeline promised was not followed. Even if I was already talking to their managers to no avail, it still did not work. We had no internet and phone for almost two months! We lost our phone’s dial tone during habagat, we did not have services for more than a month… since we are not getting the services expected from them, we requested to cancel, even canceling is such a burden, three months have passed and still they charging us and to… Read more »

Going through a similar situation at home. The rep I talked to does not even know what’s going on. My mom got a different response as to why we do not have internet at home. Calling their hotline is such a chore, really. Then they make it soooo hard to get a rebate for the days you were not connected due to their issues. Kalokaaaa!

It makes me wonder why Smart has an ok customer service and PLDT doesn’t.

Dios Mio! anu pa ba ang bago?hahaha…their customer service sucks, BIGTIME! had the same problem November of last year,pero wa effect! Ihohold ka ng pagkatagal-tagal tapos biglang disconnect.goodluck Ms. C! Sorry, im new here sa blog mo and i find it very interesting and entertaining.

what grind my groins the most is that they are so fast to take the payment but service is slow as molasses.

Naku…paging MVP…pay some attention to PLDT. 

TV5 needs support, yes, but PLDT’s after-sales and customer service is nakakaiyak.

I really hate how these telecom businesses have really bad customer service. i have been waiting for my globe line and iphone5 since dec 18. I still dont have it. and all they can say is “i’ll update you tomorrow” and “there’s no definite date for delivery” are you kidding me……………
