Pepper Lunch serves up new Pinoy Fiesta dishes
Posted on

Two years ago, Pepper Lunch Philippines convinced the Singapore head office to serve traditional Filipino dishes done the Pepper Lunch way. They came up with Sisig Pepper Rice and Lechon Pepper Rice, which instantly became crowd favorites.
This is year, Pepper Lunch adds two new dishes to Pinoy Fiesta: Chicken Inasal Pepper Rice and Pork Adobo Pepper Rice.
Chicken Inasal Pepper Rice is marinated in inasal flavors and spices before placed on a searing hotplate with signature Pepper Rice. The dish is served with a side of “toyomansi” and atchara.

Pepper Lunch recreates the Pinoy adobo with slices of liempo (pork belly) marinated in soy sauce and vinegar, with a healthy dash of cracked pepper. Pork Adobo is also served with Pepper Rice on a hotplate.

Finish these off with Leche Flan that you can add to any Pinoy Fiesta dish or ordered a la carte.

Sisig Pepper Rice is also available at any Pepper Lunch Express.

Why are these dishes only become available every time I leave the country?? I remember the first time you wrote about the sisig and lechon ones a few years ago, I told myself I’m definitely going to get myself some when I’m back again in PI but when i came home and went to one of your stores a few months ago i was told it’s already off the menu for quite a while. And now this. 🙁 Heart broke. Lol.

Pepper Lunch Sisig? Nice! Would you know if they use “laman loob” for the sisig?
