How to make a gingerbread house at The Pen

The Peninsula Manila invites children 12 and under to a Gingerbread House Making Class on Sunday, November 27, 2011 from 2-4 PM.
Children will learn how to assemble and decorate their very own holiday gingerbread house under the direction of Executive Pastry Chef Sebastien Coquery and his team.
Price includes all materials, instructions, and a holiday buffet for children. At the end of the class, each child will take home a completed gingerbread house.
See Chef Coquery’s own gingerbread house that will be on display in the hotel’s lobby during the holiday season.

Peninsula

Tickets are at Php 1,250 (children 12 and under) and Php 500 (adults). Space is limited.
Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Thanks for sharing this. Btw, why is the rate for adults cheaper? Not that I’m complaining. I wouldn’t mind having gingerbread cookies all year round. =)
