I smell a hit: “A Secret Affair”

“There seems to be a new genre of mistress movies,” noted my friend James over dinner at Le Salon last night.
So I heard from my Hong Kong friend Jiki, that Anne Curtis and Derek Ramsey have a new movie called A Secret Affair.
And based on their mega-blockbuster No Other Woman, plus John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo’s The Mistress, I boldly predict this movie will be another hit among Manila’s masses and “socialites” alike.

“I’m surprised you didn’t notice the different cup size.” — Andi Eigenmann in A Secret Affair.

Amazing cheezeballs! That line makes me cringe and barf inside my mouth.
Eye. Can’t. Wait! And you?

    Although Andi Eigenmann was not able to exceed what Anne Curtis did in “ No Other Woman “, still both of them gave justice to their roles with class.. Their lines were superb! Best scene? Andi E. and Derek Ramsey at the FIRE EXIT! PAK! Lolz..

    In fairness, this wasn’t as cringe as the JLC one. It’s just pushing the mala Sex and the city PUN-scapades! I hope Derek chooses himself, like Jenni Garth when she had to choose between Jason Priestly or Dylan Mckay.

    How funny would it be if the twist is that Derek would choose the mistress instead? Something in the lines of Andi getting pregnant and Anne not getting Derek again.

    They’re milking the Anne-Derek tandem dry. And Andi had to be shoved in because she’s young and experienced, suddenly growing up after giving birth. Wala na bang ibang take on the kabit storyline?

    oo nga, when I see them ang isip ko part 2 ng no other woman. it doesn’t seem appealing to me. not watching, derek-ann plus andi walang na chemistry.

    goldier, yung 90s, si Boyet de Leon and Alice Dixson naman. Alice was the mistress in “My Other Woman”. Tapos dun sa “Pahiram Kahit Sandali”, sya na yung wife (si Ara Mina yung other woman).
